  • Mr McDonald

    Unfortunately, Mr McDonald the school caretaker, will be leaving us towards the end of February to join Markethill HS. Mr McDonald has been a wonderful member of staff who has made a larger than life contribution to school. He will be greatly missed by staff and pupils but we wish him well as he undertakes this new journey in his life. Mrs Ryans will be acting caretaker until a new building supervisor is appointed.

  • Traffic Management Solution - Arrangements

    Work will begin on the development of a traffic management solution in the school grounds to remove congestion and danger from the Ballymore Road on Monday 16th January. As heavy machinery will be on site we would stress that all pupils must enter the school grounds via the Ballymore Road pedestrian gate. The Portadown Road gate will not be accessible. Once inside the school grounds the children will follow the normal school arrangements. 

    This project will run from January to early April and I would ask parents to either walk to school or park a short distance away from the school and then walk to prevent congestion at drop off or pick up times.

    I have placed the planning documents on the school website and facebook pages.
