Dear Parent/Guardian,
I would like to briefly remind you that school will close at 1.40-1.55pm for all pupils from Monday 12th March to Friday 16th March for parent consultations. We will once again try and implement a staggered release as noted below. The school will also be closed for the St Patrick’s Day holiday on Monday 19th March. Hopefully, you have now received a date and time which will allow you the opportunity to discuss how your child/children has/have progressed this year. As in previous years the book fair will also be available on the dates above. All school clubs are cancelled next week.
P1(x2), P2(x2) – all 4 classes leave via the front door at 1.40pm to the temporary enclosure.
P3 Mrs King, P3/4 Mrs Cunningham - will leave via the green gates at 1.45pm on the Portadown Road side of the school playground.
P5 Mrs Crawford - will leave via the green gates at 1.50pm on the Portadown Road side of the school playground.
P4 Mrs Mawhinney/Geary – class leave via the front door at 1.50pm
P5-7 (x4) – upstairs classes leave via the front door at 1.55pm.
